Corn Pudding

Ingredients

2 cans corn
3 eggs, beaten
6 oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
1/4 stick butter
4 Tbsp sugar
salt
pepper

 

 

Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, and milk. Mix well. Add corn and stir until well mixed. Pour in casserole. Dot with butter and pepper to taste.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until set.
